401(k) New Business System Setup Specialist, Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Acquire and maintain expertise in all necessary software to fulfill job duties, including Relius Administration.

• Create and manage new retirement plans within Employee Fiduciary systems, such as Relius Administration, Matrix Trust Company, and CRM platforms.

• Develop enrollment materials, participant notifications, and other onboarding documents for clients.

• Input employee census data and conversion information into Relius Administration.

• Keep organized and precise electronic records in line with departmental standards.

• Support special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with one or more years of experience in the third-party administration (TPA) and/or retirement plan recordkeeping industry will also be considered.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Familiarity with Relius Administration or comparable retirement plan administration software is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

• Capability to use standard office equipment and technology.
