📋 Description

• Carefully review data for accuracy while identifying and escalating any discrepancies.

• Promptly and accurately process participant distributions from 401(k) accounts.

• Resolve discrepancies and ensure high-quality data for reporting and operations.

• Facilitate communication among teams to address customer inquiries effectively.

• Contribute innovative ideas to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop expertise in operational processes and provide daily support.

• Offer insights for process enhancements.

• Complete project tasks punctually and assist project leads.

• Uphold high-quality standards in deliverables.

• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate records, track trends, and communicate key metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong numerical aptitude.

• Time management skills for effective task prioritization.

• Basic problem-solving skills.

• A keen interest in research and continuous learning.

• Willingness to identify and propose process improvements.

• Basic reconciliation skills (preferred).

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
