3D Graphic Designer, Product Rendering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D product renderings for marketing, e-commerce, and presentations.

• Construct, texture, and illuminate intricate 3D models and environments.

• Utilize Photoshop for retouching, color correction, and compositing rendered images.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to convert design briefs into visual stories.

• Maintain and organize libraries of 3D assets, textures, and completed projects.

• Ensure that visual outputs conform to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

• Oversee the daily workflow and output of the department.

• Prioritize and allocate projects effectively.

• Ensure completed projects meet customer and project specifications.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English: upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient.

• High-level expertise in 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max, KeyShot, Maya, or Cinema 4D.

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop.

• Advanced/fluent English (C1/C2 level preferred) with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D product rendering, texturing, lighting, and composition.

• In-depth knowledge of materials, textures, lighting behaviors, and camera angles.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related discipline.

• Experience in video editing or 3D animation.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator and After Effects.

• Professional demeanor and ethical conduct.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate and convey information between specialized teams.

• Skill in self-organizing tasks and maintaining comprehensive records of tasks and processes.

• Proficiency in identifying, establishing, and assigning priorities.

• Ability to follow directives or specific instructions when necessary.

• Competence in using Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel, Discord, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, Zoom, Photoshop, and 3D design tools.

• Access to a personal computer with internet connectivity.

• A portfolio or sample projects are required for the screening process.

• Ability to utilize Hubstaff time tracking software.

• Comfort with using Papaya Global or Payoneer for monthly payments.

• English voice note detailing relevant work experience and interest in U.S. remote opportunities.
