• Developing photorealistic assets that align with the benchmarks of contemporary AAA projects
• Preparing assets for integration into game engines and ensuring their proper functionality in real-time
• Designing and setting up materials, tiles, and decals
• Collaborating with high-poly photogrammetric models
• Optimizing performance and resolving bugs
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D artist within the game development sector.
• Experience in creating AAA games is advantageous.
• Familiarity with processes such as: - Understanding the PBR pipeline - Generating optimized low-poly models and high-quality high-poly assets - Proficiency in ZBrush for Hard Surface - Effective UV mapping, utilizing overlaps and trims - Ensuring bug-free map baking - Advanced texturing for realism: conveying an object's "history" through wear, and effectively working with decals - Utilizing trim sheets and tile textures
• Capacity to collaborate within a team alongside artists, designers, and technical experts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Eagerness to acquire new tools and technologies
• Self-motivated, independent, and inquisitive
• Language proficiency: Basic English is required; additional languages are a plus
