• Designing immersive game worlds and environments.
• Developing, optimizing, and integrating 3D assets for maps, from initial concepts to complete game integration.
• Crafting photorealistic assets that align with the standards of contemporary AAA projects.
• Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring their optimal performance in real-time.
• Creating and configuring materials, tiles, and decals.
• Collaborating with high-poly photogrammetric objects.
• Conducting performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D artist within the game development sector.
• Experience in developing AAA games is advantageous.
• Familiarity with processes including:
• - Understanding the PBR pipeline.
• - Creating optimized low-poly models and high-quality high-poly assets.
• - Proficiency in ZBrush for Hard Surface modeling.
• - Efficient UV mapping utilizing overlaps and trims.
• - Expertise in bug-free map baking.
• - Advanced texturing skills in realism: depicting an object's "history" through wear and tear, and working with decals.
• - Experience with trim sheets and tile textures.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and technical professionals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Proactive, independent, and inquisitive mindset.
• Language proficiency: basic English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
