This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop visually engaging graphic design materials for both digital and print platforms, encompassing advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more.

• Create and deliver high-quality 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing collateral, and e-commerce platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to forge cohesive visual stories for campaigns, websites, and product launches.

• Utilize your motion graphics capabilities to enhance projects, such as web banners, social media advertisements, and brief animations (experience in motion graphics is advantageous but not the main focus).

• Uphold consistent visual design standards that embody the Sunco brand identity across all interactions.

• Provide creative guidance and design leadership within the team, offering constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and team members.

• Ensure timely delivery of design work that meets the highest quality standards.

• Stay informed on current design trends, tools, and techniques to continually introduce innovative ideas.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in a design capacity, with a portfolio that showcases expertise in graphic design and 3D rendering.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering applications like Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.

• Strong experience in creating 3D renderings, including product visualization, environmental design, and realistic texturing.

• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Motion graphics experience is a plus, particularly for short animations and digital assets, although it is not a primary requirement.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
