• Experience working with both realistic and stylized graphics.
• Over 4 years of experience in mobile game development.
• Professional skills in 3D modeling: ◦ Polygonal modeling, Low Poly, and High Poly.
• ◦ Texturing and texture baking.
• ◦ Model optimization for performance.
• Proficient in 3D editing software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Experience with Unity.
• Understanding of animation and rigging principles.
• Ability to create simple animations and work with existing ones.
• Knowledge of topology and texturing.
• Experience with PBR.
• Understanding the limitations of mobile platforms.
• Strong artistic foundation (understanding of perspective and volume, lighting, basic composition, and light/shadow).
• A portfolio showcasing examples of character models and game objects is required.
