This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Client Relationship Management: You will act as the main point of contact for assigned 340B clients and vendor partners, focusing on developing and nurturing long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication, strategic advice, and proactive assistance. This role includes preparing and delivering quarterly business reviews.
• Additional duties encompass conducting regular client meetings to evaluate account performance, tackle operational issues, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, escalations, and service-related challenges.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent account management and support.
• 340B Program Compliance & Oversight: You will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to HRSA guidelines, manufacturer constraints, and relevant program specifications. Assisting clients in maintaining accurate program documentation, contract pharmacy records, and audit readiness will be part of your responsibilities.
• Additionally, you will support both internal and external audit processes by collecting documentation, reviewing claims activity, and validating program data.
• Program Guidance and Support: You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing clients with guidance on program implementation, optimization, and best practices. This may involve educating clients on program regulations, aiding in program enrollment, and assisting them in navigating any changes to the program.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with internal departments such as sales, implementation, and customer support will be crucial to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients. This may include coordinating product demonstrations, resolving issues, and providing feedback for product enhancements.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze program data, performance metrics, and reimbursement trends to uncover opportunities and threats for clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting client reports that summarize program performance, savings trends, compliance findings, and operational insights.
• Contract Negotiation Management: You may take part in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions meet client needs and align with program requirements. This could involve discussions on pricing, service level agreements, and contract renewals.
• Staying Informed on Industry Trends and Regulations: Maintaining a solid understanding of 340B regulations, manufacturer policies, and industry developments is essential. You will need to keep up to date with IRA/MFP impacts, contract pharmacy advancements, and compliance changes that affect covered entities and pharmacies.
• Account Growth & Business Development: Your role will include identifying opportunities to enhance client participation through additional contract pharmacy relationships and program services. You will propose value-added solutions and support upselling initiatives that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
• Furthermore, you'll be expected to assist leadership in fostering strong client partnerships and increasing overall account value.
• Vendor Support Provision: You will be tasked with reviewing and submitting vendor claims data. This includes accessing the vendors' SFTP for file submissions, notifying the development team about approved claims for upload to CPE, and participating in weekly vendor team calls.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, vendors, pharmacies, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare account management, pharmacy operations, 340B administration, or healthcare services is highly desirable.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and technology to enhance efficiency, communication, reporting, and overall job performance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including some evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on client and operational requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, account management, program management, sales, or related healthcare services, preferably within the 340B sector.
• Strong knowledge of 340B program operations, compliance mandates, pharmacy workflows, and manufacturer restrictions.
• Experience in managing client relationships and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with contract pharmacy operations, claims review processes, or healthcare vendor coordination is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data trends, identify operational opportunities, and support strategic recommendations for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaborative work across departments.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
