• Deliver technical assistance for Hosting, Domain, and associated services via tickets, chat, and phone.
• Assist with Entry Level Sales and Billing inquiries.
• Report software bugs to the Development team.
• Conduct partial monitoring of infrastructure.
• Relay issues to the Infrastructure Team and Manager.
• Manage Cross sales and Up sales initiatives.
• Advise Customers on enhancing their services.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer support.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency when addressing incoming customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate a willingness to tackle and resolve a variety of customer issues, ranging from basic to advanced complexity.
• Possess knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Have a solid understanding of hosting services and domain names.
• Exhibit expertise with Plesk, Cpanel, and WHM.
• Be familiar with common Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Joomla.
• Show strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit self-leadership and the capacity to take initiative.
• Display cooperation skills and a strong team spirit.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Demonstrate excellent time management capabilities.
