This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the CEO

• Spearhead growth, development, and the commercial performance of the designated territory

• Ensure adherence to TIMAC AGRO's business model principles

• Hold complete P&L responsibility for the territory

• Drive the development of new business opportunities and enhance market position

• Lead the commercial organization while directly managing Regional Managers

• Outline the medium-term commercial development strategy for the territory

• Evaluate market potential, forecast market trends, and pinpoint growth opportunities

• Execute strategy through a detailed operational roadmap and organizational governance

• Cultivate the distribution network and key distributor accounts

• Direct and support product launches, pre-campaign activities, and campaign execution

• Guarantee commercial excellence through CRM systems, performance management, and field execution

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring product quality and timely delivery

• Organize, structure, and lead the commercial organization

• Oversee recruitment, development, performance management, and retention of commercial teams

• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on compensation and benefits policies

• Coordinate commercial activities with Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments

• Track commercial performance indicators and implement corrective measures as needed

• Ensure profitability and growth across sales, pricing, logistics, salaries, and investments

• Supervise budgeting, budget planning, and forecasting processes

• Represent TIMAC AGRO and serve as an ambassador with key local stakeholders


⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, a graduate from a prestigious Business School, Engineering School, or University

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in management and commercial business management, preferably in a B2B environment with innovative products

• Strong skills in P&L management

• Demonstrated experience in managing rapidly growing commercial teams

• In-depth understanding of the country's agricultural sector and its stakeholders

• Comprehensive knowledge of the country’s primary crop and/or livestock productions

• Proficient in IT tools, business management software, and CRM systems

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams

• Strategic vision with the capability to structure and prioritize activities, applying an analytical approach to commercial development

• Resilient, agile, and adaptable to change, with a focus on results and the ability to thrive in an international setting

• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, autonomy, and drive, adept at navigating complex environments and diverse projects
