Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure Zoho CRM and Zoho Books.

• Customize modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation processes.

• Convert business needs into effective Zoho solutions.

• Manage data migration, setup, and system organization.

• Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

• Oversee multiple projects with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct experience in Zoho customization and development (STRICT REQUIREMENT).

• Total experience of 5 to 8 years is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, including modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation.

• Familiarity with Zoho Books, covering invoicing, taxation, reporting, and workflows.

• Experience in managing end-to-end implementations.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

• Must possess a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.

• Good to Have (Strong Advantage):

• Experience with Deluge scripting.

• Familiarity with Zoho integrations (API, third-party tools).

• Experience within the Zoho One ecosystem.
