This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Take charge of performance and influencer marketing accounts focused on return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Drive optimization, retention strategies, growth planning, and upselling initiatives.
• Develop robust, strategic relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the Product team to convert client needs into actionable tasks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product teams.
• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and proactively enhance processes.
• 5 to 7 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years in Account Management or Customer Success roles.
• Proven experience managing performance-driven accounts (e-commerce, SaaS, marketplace, etc.).
• Familiarity with SaaS/product environments and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong analytical abilities and data literacy.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and capability to work independently.
• Preferred: Experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or agency and product environments.
• Flexible work arrangements.
