📋 Description

• Create innovative video concepts, storylines, and formats tailored for YouTube.

• Craft captivating scripts that effectively engage viewers.

• Design powerful opening hooks that instantly generate curiosity and highlight stakes.

• Propose enticing titles and thumbnail ideas that encourage clicks.

• Construct narratives with effective pacing, humor, escalation, and rewarding conclusions.

• Work in tandem with animation and creative teams throughout the production process.

• Evaluate storyboards, animatics, and edits to offer insights on pacing, clarity, humor, and viewer retention.

• Analyze audience behavior and video performance to enhance future content.

• Keep up-to-date with YouTube trends, formats, platform updates, and audience preferences.

• Continuously seek opportunities to boost click-through rates, watch time, and viewer engagement.

• Proven experience in writing for YouTube or other audience-centric digital content.

• In-depth knowledge of YouTube storytelling techniques, pacing, hooks, and viewer retention strategies.

• Capability to develop attention-grabbing video concepts, titles, and thumbnail guidance.

• Strong comedic instincts along with an understanding of character-driven narratives.

• Proficient in transforming broad creative concepts into clear, engaging scripts.

• Excellent creative problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
