Youtube Video Producer – Digital Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on various brand campaigns to create both customized and Dexerto original content (short and long form).

• Oversee the entire production process of branded projects, ensuring they adhere to Dexerto’s high professional standards.

• Manage the development, production coordination, shooting schedules, post-production workflow, and organization of digital assets.

• Capable of crafting scripts (paper edits) with a clear vision and coordinating with editors, facilitating feedback among clients, account teams, and video departments.

• Possess knowledge of YouTube metrics such as APV, CTR, and trends related to Introductions, Hooks, the Build Up, and Pay Off.

• Conduct quality control on post-production work, ensuring precision, quality, and attention to detail.

• Work in partnership with the Commercial Creative Team and Executive Producer to guarantee successful productions.

• Track all stages of projects to ensure timely delivery.

• Achieve pre-determined video performance benchmarks through the quality of the final product.

• Produce and deliver multiple projects concurrently.

• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to the evolving demands and schedules typical in production.

• A passion for esports and console games, including shooters, fighters, and sports games is preferred.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in producing digital content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X (branded or original).

• Comprehensive understanding of YouTube best practices for organic growth and audience engagement.

• Based in the United States (preferably in EST or CST Time Zones).

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong grasp of the influencer and gaming landscape, including talent and events.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Skilled in performing coordination tasks such as scheduling shoots, managing travel, logistics, budget oversight, and post schedules.

• A creative flair for storytelling.

• Proficient in script writing, paper edits, and teamwork with editors.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, enjoyable environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Slack and the Google Drive Suite.
