This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Remote monitoring and support - NOC: Engage in monitoring, managing incident tickets, diagnosing issues, and resolving faults in video system devices at Level 1.
• Customer and Operations Support: Grasp the requirements of Customer Service Management (CSM) and deliver proactive operational assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Incident and Ticket Management: Oversee the initiation, handling, and management of support requests and tickets.
• Report Preparation: Generate reports for corrective and preventive maintenance, system performance, and operational procedures.
• Education: A technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Networks is required.
• Knowledge of video infrastructure, electrical systems, towers, and structured cabling is necessary.
• Practical experience with CCTV, alarm panels, monitoring systems, and access control systems is essential.
• Familiarity with fiber optics is required.
• Experience in NOC and monitoring systems is a must.
• Understanding of IP networks, including network design and troubleshooting for Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, and MPLS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace is needed.
• Knowledge of Motorola Solutions products (Compass, Vigilant, Avigilon, Pelco, and/or Indigo) is desirable.
• Familiarity with Zabbix is preferred.
• Understanding of cloud fundamentals, such as Azure certification or equivalent, is a plus.
• Experience with operating system configuration for Unix, Linux, and Windows Server is preferred.
• Knowledge of server installation and maintenance is a bonus.
• Basic conversational and written English skills are preferred.
• ITIL certification is desirable.
