YouTube Video Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive production of long-form, YouTube-centric content from initial planning to final delivery.

• Identify locations, creatively tackle challenges on the spot, and discover efficiencies that align with the vision and final outcome.

• Manage coordination among talent, crew members, vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure smooth on-set execution.

• Oversee budgets, scheduling, logistical aspects of shoots, and production timelines for multiple projects concurrently.

• Collaborate across various departments, including creative, marketing, product, and branding teams, to ensure deliverables and timelines remain synchronized.

• Proactively identify and address production issues before they affect the shoot.

• Assist editors and creative partners to ensure that assets, feedback, approvals, and deliverables flow smoothly through the production pipeline.

• Maintain effective communication among all stakeholders while keeping productions organized, on schedule, and within defined parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production, line producing, production management, or digital content operations.

• Proven experience managing YouTube-native or digital-first productions, demonstrating a solid understanding of production workflows and timelines.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a knack for managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, talent, and production crews.

• A systems-oriented mindset, with a focus on developing processes that can scale efficiently over time.

• Capability to remain calm under pressure and quickly solve problems in fast-paced production settings.

• Familiarity with supporting the entire production lifecycle, from initial planning to post-production delivery.

• A collaborative, low-ego approach and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing structure and clarity to creative environments.
