YouTube Thumbnail Designer, Channel Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create captivating and attention-grabbing YouTube thumbnails that significantly enhance click-through rates.

• Adjust visual styles according to trending gaming topics, memes, and analytics data.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity across the channel while making each video distinct.

• Oversee the complete upload process: incorporate optimized titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, and end screens.

• Organize video release schedules and maintain a well-structured content library.

• Supervise and manage the channel's public/business inbox, professionally responding to inquiries and filtering opportunities.

• Monitor pending deliverables and keep the creator's schedule well-organized.

• Aid in extracting highlights, compiling clips, or making minor tweaks to short-form content (TikToks/Shorts/Reels) using tools like CapCut.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in YouTube operations and/or thumbnail design.

• Outstanding graphic design abilities with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, gaming graphics, or impactful social media visuals.

• Strong intuition for what encourages viewer engagement—expertise in contrast, focal points, and strategic placement of expressions.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English for managing business communications and audience interactions.

• High level of organizational discipline; you ensure emails are promptly addressed and metadata is well-maintained.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of gaming trends, popular creators, memes, and the current gaming culture (preferred).

• Familiarity with basic video editing software like CapCut or Premiere Pro (preferred).
