YouTube Designer, Channel Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create captivating and eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that significantly boost click-through rates.

• Modify visual styles according to trending gaming topics, memes, and analytical data.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity throughout the channel.

• Design complementary banners, avatar graphics, stream overlays, and promotional social templates to provide a premium and unified brand experience.

• Oversee the complete upload process, including adding optimized titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, and end screens.

• Organize video release schedules and maintain a structured content library.

• Monitor and handle the channel's public/business inbox, professionally addressing inquiries and filtering opportunities.

• Assist in preparing short-form content by extracting highlights, compiling clips, or performing minor video edits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in YouTube operations and/or thumbnail design.

• Outstanding graphic design abilities with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, gaming graphics, or impactful social media visuals.

• Strong intuition for elements that attract viewers—expertise in contrast, focal points, and placement of expressions.

• Practical experience with DaVinci Resolve, essential for video management, clip rendering, or asset modifications.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for managing business emails and interacting with audiences.

• High level of organizational discipline; you ensure that emails are answered promptly and metadata is meticulously managed.

• Experience in developing style guides, banners, or cohesive brand assets for digital content creators.

• Strong knowledge of gaming trends, popular creators, memes, and the current gaming culture.

• Familiarity with basic video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro.

• Understanding of algorithm optimization, keywords, and metadata formatting.
