YouTube Content Strategist – Growth, Long-Form Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop the content strategy for the YouTube channel

• Research trends, audiences, and content opportunities

• Create scripts for long-form videos, podcasts, and interviews

• Generate titles, thumbnails, and packaging strategies aimed at enhancing CTR

• Analyze CTR, retention, watch time, and channel performance to suggest ongoing improvements

• Collaborate with editors and designers by providing strategic feedback on narrative and editing

• Lead the editorial planning and contribute to the channel's sustained growth

• Share cases, videos, scripts, and performance metrics as part of the application process

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy or growth for YouTube channels

• Strong understanding of storytelling, scripting, and long-form content

• Solid knowledge of YouTube Analytics, CTR, retention, and watch time

• Experience in developing titles, thumbnails, and packaging strategies

• Proficiency in YouTube Studio, vidIQ, TubeBuddy, Google Trends, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity

• Advanced English (C1–C2)

• Excellent writing skills in Spanish

• Ability to work independently

• Provide a portfolio or links to YouTube channels in which you have participated

• Present cases that demonstrate your contribution to channel growth

• Provide examples of developed videos or scripts, and if possible, performance metrics
