YouTube Content Repurposing, Social Media Support Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Adapt podcast and YouTube video material into concise clips, captions, and social media updates.

• Utilize tools such as Descript to pull highlights, clips, and essential talking points.

• Identify captivating moments from long-form content for distribution on various platforms.

• Convert video/audio content into diverse formats (quotes, snippets, captions, hooks).

• Ensure consistent content creation across multiple shows and channels.

• Design and schedule social media updates for Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.

• Create a variety of content formats, including promotional posts, quote cards, highlights, and engaging posts.

• Assist in basic content planning and generating ideas for post variations.

• Support growth initiatives for multiple YouTube channels.

• Help maintain consistency in posting schedules and content repurposing processes.

• Provide suggestions for enhancing engagement through content presentation (titles, captions, hooks).

• Assist in organizing content files, scripts, and media resources.

• Maintain a content calendar or posting timeline.

• Facilitate basic coordination between podcast episodes, video releases, and social media launches.

• Help optimize workflows for content distribution and repurposing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, virtual assistance, or digital marketing is preferred.

• Proficiency in using Descript or comparable video/audio editing tools is highly advantageous.

• Strong background in photo and video editing is essential (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools).

• Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.

• Excellent English writing skills for creating captions, hooks, and posts.

• Creative mindset with the capacity to transform content into engaging formats.

• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing recurring content tasks.

• Comfortable working independently and adhering to content workflows.

• Experience in supporting podcast or YouTube content is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Basic graphic design skills are beneficial.
