This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create, launch, manage, and enhance Meta advertising campaigns.
• Oversee campaign organization, budgets, pacing, and scaling strategies.
• Formulate and implement testing strategies across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign frameworks.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance against key performance indicators.
• Recognize successful and underperforming creatives based on performance analytics.
• Work alongside creative teams to brainstorm new testing concepts and boost campaign effectiveness.
• Keep account structures and naming conventions organized.
• Deliver weekly reports, insights, and actionable suggestions.
• Remain updated on Meta platform changes, advertising best practices, and evolving performance metrics.
• 5+ years of practical experience with Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated history of managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• Experience in high-performance, data-centric marketing settings.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience handling substantial advertising budgets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and campaign management.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Capability to make optimization choices based on performance metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of:
• - Meta Pixel
• - Conversion API (CAPI)
• - Attribution models
• - Audience segmentation
• Experience managing over $70,000 in monthly ad expenditure.
• Strong grasp of eCommerce metrics, including:
• - ROAS
• - CPA
• - MER
• - bCAC
• - Contribution Margin
• - AOV
• - CTR
• - CPC
• - CPM
• - CVR
• Experience in scaling eCommerce brands through Meta advertising.
• Experience in executing creative testing initiatives.
• Ability to convert performance data into optimization tactics.
• Familiarity with Shopify brands is an advantage.
