Meta Ads, Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns

• Evaluate campaign performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Aid in budget monitoring and expenditure tracking

• Facilitate audience testing and the development of campaign structures

• Coordinate initiatives for creative testing

• Create basic performance reports and provide updates

• Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities and execution for paid social

• Oversee and support daily social media activities

• Keep content calendars updated and organized

• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms

• Organize and share content from community contributors and partners

• Assist in developing captions and social media copy

• Support audience engagement and community interactions as needed

• Maintain an organized collection of creative assets and content libraries

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Knowledge of paid social campaign structures, testing, and optimization

• Experience in social media management across various platforms

• Strong organizational skills and project coordination abilities

• Competence in analyzing campaign performance and conveying insights effectively

• Experience in content scheduling and calendar management

• Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills

• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working independently within a remote setting

• Collaborative attitude with strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
