This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the management of the company’s movie content and YouTube channels.
• Enhance video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and overall channel strategy to promote organic growth, reach, and discoverability.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to uncover opportunities and provide informed recommendations.
• Keep track of YouTube algorithm changes, emerging trends, platform advancements, and industry best practices.
• Implement SEO and AI-driven optimization strategies across YouTube Search, Browse, and Recommended surfaces.
• Engage with viewers by responding to comments and developing strategies that stimulate likes, shares, subscriptions, and repeat viewership.
• Collaborate with clients to foster meaningful, long-term audience relationships.
• Manage YouTube rights, copyright issues, Content ID, platform policies, licensing, and compliance matters.
• Evaluate channel and content performance to identify significant trends and insights.
• Create performance reports and suggestions for internal teams and clients using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
• Coordinate with internal channel management, Social Media, and other relevant teams to ensure YouTube strategies align with broader campaigns, content plans, and client goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is essential.
• Completion of one or more YouTube Certification courses: YouTube Asset Monetization and YouTube Content Ownership.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.
• A solid understanding of the current YouTube algorithm, trends, and best practices.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools for data analysis, content optimization, audience engagement strategies, and workflow automation.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
• Proven experience in optimizing content for SEO and enhancing audience engagement.
• Creative thinking skills, visual aesthetics, and storytelling abilities.
• Proven track record in crafting engaging titles and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Canva, Slack, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
• Experience working with companies based in Australia, the UK, or the US.
• A passion for movies, television, digital media, or online entertainment.
• Ability to disclose any ongoing roles or client work.
• Must indicate engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
