Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the rapid implementation practice across the entire Salesforce product ecosystem.

• Create and uphold standardized delivery playbooks utilizing internal products and tools.

• Set up technical guidelines, scope templates, and quality standards to ensure consistent results.

• Oversee Functional, Technical, and Marketing consultants for integrated multi-cloud bundled jumpstarts.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineers to confirm that Jumpstart scopes are both realistic and technically feasible.

• Safeguard implementations from scope expansion.

• Monitor Salesforce’s three annual releases and ensure Quickstart templates remain aligned with new features such as Einstein AI and Flow enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position within a Professional Services or Consulting setting.

• Significant experience in leading projects across at least three Salesforce pillars (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Experience Cloud).

• A proven history of managing high-volume, short-duration projects (weeks rather than months).

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Sales Cloud Consultant credentials are required.

• Management certifications such as PMP or Agile are preferred.

• Salesforce certifications will be verified during the application process.

• Candidates may need to demonstrate technical knowledge, experience, education, and certifications through structured assessments and credential verification prior to employment.
