Youth Soccer Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate soccer classes that accommodate various skill levels while fostering an enjoyable learning atmosphere.

• Instruct on essential soccer skills while highlighting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

• Offer positive reinforcement to promote player development and self-confidence.

• Effectively communicate with players and parents about progress and development.

• Ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to locations in Cumming, Suwanee, Canton, Gainesville, Woodstock, and Lawrenceville.

• Ideally located within 30 minutes of one or more of our service areas.

• Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and successfully complete a Georgia comprehensive background check.

• Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management purposes.

• Availability during weekday afternoons, preferably between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

• Must be ready to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week.

• Experience with children and/or a background in sports, particularly soccer, is preferred.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to engage effectively with kids.

• A positive outlook, energetic demeanor, and enthusiasm for coaching.

• A genuine passion for working with children and motivating young athletes.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and adhere to program guidelines.

• A desire to grow with our expanding team and make a lasting impact.
