• Conducting thorough investigations and validating the facts surrounding complex automobile accidents.

• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

• Oversees attorney-represented bodily injury claims, ranging from soft tissue injuries to fatalities.

• Exhibits expertise in reviewing coverage, determining liability, and performing damage assessments.

• Evaluates coverage, liability, and damages, while adjusting and negotiating claims within the set authority limits.

• Provides mentorship to junior employees.

• Proven experience in managing attorney-represented bodily injury claims.

• Familiarity with insurance policies issued by the company and the broader industry.

• Experience in handling intricate auto claims, including aspects of coverage, liability, and damages.
