Fleet Administrative Support Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promptly address and resolve a significant number of daily fleet inquiries while maintaining a composed demeanor and a positive outlook.

• Evaluate and approve maintenance and repair decisions for vehicles in accordance with company policies.

• Redirect internal requests to the appropriate contacts when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external customers to enhance processes and address challenges.

• Skillfully manage various worksheets and provide current updates on the status of operations.

• Organize transfers, disposals, and vehicle deliveries in coordination with vendors and local office management.

• Foster strong professional relationships with local office managers, department leaders, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.

• Capable of conveying and enforcing fleet policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal team members and vendors to guarantee fleet compliance with various governmental departments and requirements (e.g., DOT, DMV, MVRs, etc.).


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Over 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, or familiarity with office applications such as Google Suite.

• Ability to identify when issues should be escalated to management.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Availability to work the required days and hours for the role, which may include mandatory overtime due to business demands, particularly during peak seasons.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is necessary.
