This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete post-production workflow, ensuring that projects adhere to schedules from the assignment of editors to final delivery.
• Facilitate communication with editors by outlining project expectations, creative vision, client objectives, technical specifications, deadlines, and deliverables, while ensuring they have all necessary footage, assets, references, and supporting materials to begin their tasks.
• Develop and oversee production schedules, delegate editing tasks, balance workloads, and proactively address bottlenecks to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Organize and sustain project documentation, assets, deadlines, and workflow updates, ensuring that information in monday.com, Frame.io, and other project management tools is precise and current.
• Create and manage contracts for editors, project agreements, and assignment documentation as required.
• Track project progress, communicate updates, risks, obstacles, and delivery timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Evaluate deliverables for quality, adherence to formatting, technical specifications, and alignment with client briefs prior to final approval and delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished video assets while meeting client expectations and project specifications.
• Uphold a professional, collaborative, and solution-focused attitude while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment using tools like monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, and Google Drive.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or at least 4 years in a high-paced production setting (preferably within a creative studio, agency, or video post-production context).
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and dynamic elements simultaneously.
• Composed, professional, and solution-focused when under pressure.
• You possess a straightforward, professional, and clear communication style, knowing how to hold team members accountable in a firm yet collaborative manner.
• A friendly and cooperative demeanor when collaborating with editors, internal teams, and other departments.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with online workflow and communication systems such as monday.com, Slack, Frame.io, Google Drive, or comparable platforms.
• A solid understanding of the video production and post-production processes.
• Ability to clearly convey creative direction, timelines, and project requirements to editors.
• Strong follow-through and the capability to identify potential scheduling or communication problems before they escalate into blockers.
