• Facilitating and coaching engaging workshop experiences

• Providing supportive wellness check-ins

• Presenting workshop topics in an enjoyable and interactive manner

• Employing facilitation skills to ensure discussions remain relevant and fluid

• Establishing a safe environment

• Celebrating the achievements of members

• Assisting members in developing healthy habits

• Guiding members to set actionable goals for the upcoming week

• Conducting effective orientations for new members

• Promoting member recruitment and retention

• Enhancing and sustaining product sales

• Engaging with the community as a WW brand ambassador

• Leading orientations for new members

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities

• Strong business acumen

• Exceptional listening and communication skills

• Tech-savvy with various tools and platforms, including G Suites

• Must have space to store WW products and possess a car along with a driver's license
