Development Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation for an agile engineering team

• Stay engaged in both architecture and hands-on development

• Guide engineers and enhance delivery methodologies

• Offer daily technical guidance and coordination for an agile engineering team

• Collaborate with Product and QA teams on executing the roadmap

• Enhance operational reliability and engineering best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering using C#/.Net and contemporary UI frameworks (React.js)

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams

• Familiarity with AI development tools and methodologies

• Strong expertise in backend, frontend, and cloud engineering

• Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and various cloud platforms

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
