This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and manage threat intelligence materials, including advisories, threat briefs, in-depth research reports, blogs, executive summaries, and social media content.
• Convert technical discoveries such as IOCs, TTPs, vulnerabilities, and emerging attack trends into narratives suitable for both practitioner and board-level audiences.
• Monitor the threat landscape and propose timely articles related to active campaigns, disclosures, and geopolitical developments.
• Develop webinar initiatives, suggest angles and talking points, and oversee programming post-production.
• Write bylines, blogs, and other content that supports campaigns and marketing efforts.
• Aid in the distribution and coordination of content across various channels in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
• Maintain a publication schedule and oversee pieces through the review and fact-checking processes.
• Ensure adherence to style guidelines for a consistent brand voice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing and producing content within cybersecurity, threat intelligence, another technical field, or cybersecurity journalism/PR/communications.
• A portfolio showcasing technical depth and clarity tailored for executive and practitioner audiences.
• Excellent editing abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to handle multiple projects while consistently maintaining high quality.
• Familiarity with the threat landscape, including threat actors, malware, vulnerabilities, MITRE ATT&CK, and attack execution, or strong PR/communications skills with the ability to quickly grasp technical subjects.
• Proficiency in collaborating with technical subject-matter experts, conducting interviews, asking follow-up questions, and self-editing with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in PR and communications with a focus on audience, angle, and distribution strategies.
• A proven track record in cybersecurity/threat intelligence and PR/communications is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to produce content that fosters engagement and meaningful discussions.
• Experience writing for both technical and executive audiences.
• Comfort with rapid iterations, quick turnarounds, and changing priorities.
• Background in multimedia content creation and executive communications programs.
• Experience in producing or managing webinar programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with security ratings, attack surface management, and third-party/supply-chain risk is preferred.
