Writer, Marketing RFP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales partners to create detailed, high-quality proposals.

• Manage the overall project requirements and facilitate internal strategy meetings.

• Oversee project milestones to ensure outputs align with proposal standards.

• Coordinate the distribution of final documents and ensure external deliverables are met.

• Effectively multi-task and prioritize workload.

• Clearly communicate challenges to foster consensus among business partners.

• Assist in maintaining the internal content library and support special projects.

• Review proposals for data accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with investment and retirement terminology is preferred but not essential.

• Proven ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Capacity to think critically and synthesize information from various sources to create coherent, persuasive outputs.

• Establish productive working relationships both internally and externally.

• 2-4 years of experience in RFP/pre-sales.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
