UX Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create product content for onboarding, navigation, workflows, notifications, forms, and essential user experiences.

• Develop precise, audience-tailored content for advocates, physicians, and other specialized groups where accuracy and compliance are crucial.

• Collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering from the exploration phase to launch.

• Assist in defining content strategy and messaging for new features.

• Understand, implement, and help advance Solace's established product voice, terminology, and writing standards.

• Engage in design critiques, user research, and product discussions.

• Persistently enhance the product experience through thoughtful iteration and collaboration.

• Investigate and influence how AI-assisted writing tools can contribute to clear, human-centered product experiences.

• 4–6 years of experience in writing for digital products or intricate user experiences.

• Proven track record of working efficiently within an agile, distributed team.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities.

• Profound comprehension of UX writing and content design principles.

• Capability to distill complex information into clear and accessible language.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Enthusiasm for how AI tools can enhance, rather than replace, thoughtful, human-centered writing.

• A sincere openness to feedback, with an instinct to leverage critique to refine the work.

• A growth-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement as a writer.
