This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Craft engaging headlines, copy, and calls to action across various brand and campaign materials — including media, social, print, environmental, audio, and more.

• Develop compelling brand narratives that enhance and promote the core creative concept, contributing innovative thinking that conveys client strategies in bold and captivating ways.

• Establish distinctive brand voices that are strategic and designed to stand out in the marketplace.

• Create verbal frameworks for brands and campaigns, including copy guidelines and systems for consistent implementation.

• Collaborate closely with creative colleagues to refine ideas and executional details, consistently producing work that the agency can take pride in.

• Generate high-quality, strategically driven creative content that conveys the genuine emotional benefits of what our clients wish to communicate.

• Assist team members across departments with writing support that enhances their work while keeping your manager informed about those interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of agency copywriting experience — required.

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative copywriting work from the last four years.

• Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills — capable of prioritizing tasks, solving problems independently, and escalating issues when necessary.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with remote, cross-functional teams across the country.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
