Worksite Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with Home Office Directors and Field Personnel to assess training requirements and organize training sessions.

• Establish effective training systems throughout field agencies.

• Arrange all travel related to the role, adhering to a Sunday-through-Thursday travel schedule.

• Manage company credit card and expenses with integrity.

• Facilitate meetings, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions.

• Create educational materials, including presentations and videos.

• Provide support and mentorship to Field Supervisors and Field Directors.

• Oversee development and training for the designated region.

• Coordinate training at the field level and ensure implementation of company initiatives.

• Conduct evaluations to pinpoint areas for improvement and maintain open dialogue with Field Force and Office Management.

• Monitor the performance of the field force and their responses to training.

• Exhibit proficiency in all systems associated with Liberty National.

• Submit weekly field reports punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience.

• Sales experience within Liberty National.

• Demonstrated experience within Liberty National utilizing the Worksite Systems.

• Capability to deploy all Liberty National systems effectively and efficiently.

• Executive-level communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

• Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

• Openness to adopting new corporate teaching training methods.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Salesforce (EPIC) is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to adapt and think independently.

• Dependable and consistent attendance for the assigned shift.

• Availability to work full-time and/or part-time based on position requirements.
