This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of Behavioral and Coaching Medical Action Plan opportunities that align with the priorities of customers, clients, and the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, Product teams, and business stakeholders to pinpoint healthcare opportunities, outline initiatives, and establish success metrics.
• Create opportunity analyses, analytic plans, business requirements, implementation details, and documentation for CHAM initiatives.
• Leverage healthcare data, SQL, Databricks, and reporting tools to establish customer targeting strategies, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and actionable insights.
• Convert business and clinical requirements into scalable analytic solutions and operational workflows in conjunction with analytics, informatics, product, and operations teams.
• Foster continuous improvement through analytic innovation, quality assurance, process enhancement, and the communication of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, population health, care management, consulting, or a related area.
• Proficiency in handling large healthcare datasets and utilizing SQL or comparable data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to lead intricate initiatives from conception to execution, including opportunity assessment, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including defining target populations, developing methodologies, identifying performance drivers, and offering actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across clinical, analytics, operational, product, and business teams.
• Reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds when working remotely.
• Familiarity with Databricks, reporting platforms, or healthcare data environments is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare claims, care management, behavioral health, coaching programs, or population health initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in supporting clinical program analytics, customer identification strategies, or care management interventions is preferred.
