This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as a senior subject-matter expert for one or more areas within digital health, offering strategic leadership, guidance, and oversight of delivery.
• Enhance governance and intake processes by utilizing domain knowledge and enterprise context to inform prioritization decisions.
• Collaborate with executive leaders, vendors, and product managers to define product vision, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Convert high-level priorities into data-driven product concepts, operating models, and metrics for success.
• Coordinate across portfolios to identify overlaps, dependencies, opportunities for standardization, reuse, and scaling.
• Contribute to decision-making through thorough analysis, informed recommendations, and communication at the executive level.
• Facilitate enterprise adoption and change by advising on workflow integration, operational preparedness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in the creation of vendor RFI/RFPs, development of business cases, realization of value, and measurement of outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and coaching for product managers and team members.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• Regular ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing between 0–25 lbs.
• Frequent engagement in sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive movements of the legs and arms.
• Regular near and far vision capabilities, along with the ability to recognize and differentiate colors.
• Frequent requirement for hearing and speech for effective oral communication.
• Regular use of a keyboard for data entry purposes.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping movements.
• Occasional ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs.
• Rare instances of climbing required.
• No specific professional license or certification is necessary.
