• Enhance the workplace experience across offices worldwide.

• Oversee workplace programs such as meals, snacks, wellness support, and employee services.

• Organize employee workspace arrangements and provide ergonomic support.

• Set up workspaces and equipment for new hires.

• Ensure quality, organization, and adherence to office standards.

• Liaise with vendors, facilities teams, and partners in office operations.

• Assist in organizing office events and internal workplace initiatives.

• Address daily workplace challenges and refine workplace processes.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office operations, or similar fields.

• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Sound judgment and proficient problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.

• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

• High expectations for workplace quality and employee experiences.

• Prior experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is advantageous.
