This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive meetings and steering committee discussions.
• Comprehend client business goals and align solutions with strategic priorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Oversee a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation projects from inception to deployment.
• Ensure that scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk targets are met.
• Coordinate activities among business, functional, technical, and project teams.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to guarantee effective solution execution.
• Monitor project health, assessing risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Ensure compliance with delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Support initiatives for change management and organizational adoption.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and realization of business value.
• Assist with account planning, opportunity development, and proposal processes.
• Engage in discovery workshops, assessments, and executive presentations.
• Contribute to strategies for revenue growth and client retention.
• Monitor engagement profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Manage contract compliance, scope management, and change requests.
• Ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery, with at least 5 years leading D365 F&O and/or CE programs.
• Proven success in managing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations exceeding $1M.
• Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains.
• Exceptional client-facing and executive communication abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and related ISVs.
• Program management experience with multi-department delivery.
• Background in a consulting environment or a similarly fast-paced industry.
• An analytical mindset coupled with creative problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with change and problem management, along with the ability to foresee risks.
• Proficiency in building relationships and cultivating trust with stakeholders, project teams, and leaders.
