This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary intake point for new incidents, calls, and report-only submissions.

• Dispatch technicians, provide telephonic support, and escalate cases when necessary.

• Input, update, and maintain precise case information and documentation in Salesforce.

• Monitor case progression from the initial report to claim conversion.

• Ensure all necessary reporting forms and documentation are completed and appropriately filed.

• Relay case updates, outcomes, and forthcoming steps to clients, claims managers, and internal teams.

• Supervise open items, follow up on pending tasks, and highlight delays or issues for escalation.

• Organize scheduling, transportation, and follow-ups for injured employees.

• Monitor authorizations, referrals, and approvals, ensuring timely communication of updates.

• Facilitate communication among employees, clinics, and internal teams.

• Assist employees with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.

• Aid in client onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing account updates.

• Maintain organized records, including work status reports and supporting documentation.

• Assist with clinic coordination and provider availability as needed.

• Provide support to internal teams with case setup, policy updates, and reporting requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch, coordination, administrative, or operations-focused position.

• Experience in insurance, workers’ compensation, healthcare coordination, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and accountability.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
