Production and Demand Planning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain production schedules that align with demand forecasts, production capabilities, and material availability;

• Track production performance, recognizing deviations, operational risks, and opportunities for schedule adjustments;

• Conduct analyses on demand, capacity, volume, and resource utilization to aid in short- and mid-term decision-making;

• Establish and oversee KPIs, reports, and dashboards to facilitate management and governance of planning processes;

• Work in collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related disciplines;

• Proven experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC/PCP), demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, or similar fields;

• Familiarity with ERP systems, planning tools, and advanced Excel;

• Background in data analysis, performance metrics, management reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau;

• Intermediate English proficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Lean Manufacturing.
