• Global Pacific Support is seeking talented **Agents for Towing and Roadside Assistance** to become part of our team. In this position, you will act as the main point of contact for customers requiring roadside assistance, ensuring the prompt and effective coordination of services. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, the capability to work under pressure, and outstanding problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Proven experience in **customer service**, ideally within a BPO environment; experience in towing and roadside assistance is a plus.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Capacity to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

• Strong abilities in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.

• Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.

• Must have a functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.
