Working Student UX Design – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide guidance to our clients on UX/UI matters, collaborate with them to define requirements, and create customized target group analyses along with customer journey maps.

• Your responsibilities also include preparing, coordinating, and following up on workshops.

• You coordinate and perform usability and behavioral pattern analyses, in addition to conducting usability tests to enhance user flow and navigation.

• You create UX concepts and develop UX sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• You design new user interfaces, utilizing the Atomic Design methodology to deliver consistent products for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a degree in UX design or a related field (preferably at the Master's level).

• You possess a thorough understanding of UX design principles.

• You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.

• Ideally, you have experience with HTML/CSS and headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Storyblok.

• Experience in applying heuristic principles on the web enhances your qualifications.

• You are aware of your strengths and limitations; when faced with challenges, you are willing to seek assistance from your team.

• You demonstrate a structured, independent work style, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn.

• Conceptual thinking, organization, and reliability are key strengths of yours.

• You have a passion for technology and software development.

• Given that our communication is conducted entirely in German, proficiency in the German language at a C1 level or higher is essential.
