📋 Description

• Assist in delivering exceptional UI designs with a keen emphasis on detail and visual uniformity.

• Acquire skills in creating and managing organized handoffs in Figma, ensuring files are development-ready.

• Learn from experienced colleagues on how to establish accessibility standards, ensuring they are accurately documented and executed.

• Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to aid in the rollout of new features.

• Support the team in sustaining design quality throughout the Booking experience.

• Engage actively in team ceremonies and remain aligned with product priorities.

• Continually enhance your abilities in UI, accessibility, and fundamental Product Design principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A meticulous designer who is passionate about interface quality and visual consistency.

• Interest in or some experience with digital product design, ideally in technology or startup settings.

• Familiarity with Figma, with the ability to organize files, components, and prepare designs for engineering handoff.

• Enthusiasm for Design Systems and a willingness to learn how to scale and maintain consistent user experiences.

• An inquisitive learner with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design methodologies.

• Collaborative spirit, enjoying close interactions with fellow designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.

• Proactive and methodical, capable of managing tasks and documentation with precision.

• Proficient in reading and writing in English for handoffs, accessibility specifications, and documentation, with a desire to enhance communication skills for meetings over time.
