Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients and their teams from the initial discovery phase to the launch.

• Take ownership of design throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, encompassing UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, research, data visualization, and design systems development.

• Conduct discovery workshops and alignment meetings.

• Facilitate feedback sessions with clients and their users.

• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the process.

• Ensure design quality assurance is performed and that the final products accurately reflect the craftsmanship and intentions behind them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant design experience.

• Proven history of launching tangible products, rather than just refined concepts.

• Exceptional communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity.

• Design systems thinking should be a fundamental competency.

• Experience in integrating AI into design practices is desirable.
