This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• In your role as a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) on Astrea’s Growth squad, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and compelling experiences that enable users to recognize the value of the product, thereby boosting retention, expansion, and revenue.
• You will transform data, insights from experiments, and user feedback into practical solutions, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design, assess, and refine experiences that drive growth.
• A degree in Design or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with data-driven continuous improvement methodologies.
• Skilled in using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
• Experience across the full design spectrum (discovery, prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration).
• Comfortable working with metrics, instrumentation, and analyzing outcomes in collaboration with Data teams.
• Background in usability testing and rapid iteration processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Growth).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and everyday tools (Jira, Notion, Lovable, Replit).
• Nice to have: Experience with Claude Code.
• Knowledge of Product-Led Growth strategies.
