Working Student, Tutor – Automation & Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise and methodological skills in automation (TIA Portal, S7, Factory IO) and robotics (KUKA Sim).

• Take the initiative to lead tutorials by offering focused assistance with assignments and providing supplementary resources that aid in current tasks.

• Detect participants' areas of misunderstanding and provide individual support sessions during the tutorial to address these gaps.

• Play a role in developing learning content.

• Mediate and resolve conflicts between participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for five afternoons each week (Monday to Friday: 13:00–17:00).

• Enrollment in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related discipline — or possess strong familiarity with Industry 4.0.

• A passion for creating an outstanding remote learning experience and a desire to assist others in grasping complex subjects.

• Ideally, knowledge of various levels of the automation pyramid, along with familiarity with topics such as IIoT, PLCs (SPS), actuators/sensors, Raspberry Pi, and/or industrial communication protocols/bus systems.

• Some experience with cyber-physical systems, robotics, and tools like AR/VR/digital twins would be advantageous.

• Ability to work efficiently, pragmatically, and with a results-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in German, with at least a B2 level of language skills.
