This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assisting participants with their daily learning activities
• Guiding participants throughout their educational journey
• Clarifying and offering support with subject-specific materials
• Providing feedback to the teaching team
• Helping with routine operational tasks
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Law, or a related discipline
• Prior experience with payroll, payroll accounting, or HR administration is a plus
• Solid foundational knowledge of, or a keen interest in, payroll-related topics like income tax, social security, and HR administrative processes
• Ability to communicate concepts clearly and engage patiently with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Confident and approachable communication skills in German
