Working Student – Social Media & Content Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Social Media Creator: You will take the initiative to plan, create, and manage our social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.

• Campaign developer with a comprehensive approach: Collaborating with the marketing team, you will design innovative campaign formats that animate our brand and generate new energy — from concept to execution.

• Editorial expert with strong organizational skills: You will oversee our editorial calendar, keeping it current, evolving it as needed, and ensuring a clear overview of all content and channels.

• Community voice & engagement partner: You will actively interact with our community by responding to messages, commenting, moderating discussions, and helping to maintain the authenticity and approachability of our brand.

• Trend observer: You possess a sharp awareness of currently relevant topics — scouting hashtags, monitoring developments, and suggesting suitable ideas for our communication.

• Data-driven strategist: You will analyze our performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth — and use the appropriate tools to maintain an overview and develop actionable optimization strategies.

• Enrolled generalist: You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field and wish to apply your knowledge in a practical setting.

• Content creator with social media awareness: You have gained initial experience in content creation and community management, whether through personal projects, studies, or previous roles.

• Linguistically adept with trend insight: You have a keen eye for visual communication, enjoy wordplay, and have a strong sense of what resonates in the digital space.

• Organized creative thinker: You thrive in independent work, maintain an overview, and enjoy implementing creative concepts with clarity and structure.

• Tool-savvy and eager to learn: Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics is a plus — or you are enthusiastic about mastering them swiftly.
