Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing the organic social strategy across all key platforms.

• Spotting trends, hooks, formats, and storytelling methods that are resonating within the apparel, shapewear, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

• Creating innovative concepts and content series aimed at boosting engagement, shares, saves, watch time, and organic growth.

• Transforming performance insights into actionable creative recommendations and structured content testing.

• Overseeing the aesthetic and creative vision for Shapermint’s social media channels.

• Crafting comprehensive creative briefs with distinct hooks, narratives, format guidance, and platform-specific execution instructions.

• Daily utilization of AI tools to enhance trend analysis, competitor research, ideation, and creative processes.

• Monitoring social KPIs and recognizing opportunities to enhance both engagement and revenue contributions.

• Organizing content calendars and coordinating execution among internal teams and external collaborators.

• Consistently introducing fresh, unexpected, and culturally relevant ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in managing social media for apparel, shapewear, beauty, intimates, or DTC lifestyle brands.

• Solid understanding of what performs well organically on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and short-form video platforms today.

• Strong creative sensibility and comprehension of contemporary fashion/lifestyle storytelling.

• Experience in formulating creative strategies and converting business objectives into platform-specific content.

• Proficient in using dashboards, performance metrics, and attribution data to inform decisions.

• Regular use of AI tools as part of daily workflows for research, ideation, competitor analysis, and optimization.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
